WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.

Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff, our clients, or pets may result in removal from our premises, including termination of any further relationship with our hospital.

What’s going on?

Seeking comfort and companionship during Covid, an estimated 12 million U.S. households became new pet owners. An outcome of this surge is an unprecedented demand for veterinary care across the nation, often resulting in service interruptions, delays for appointments, and long wait times for emergency and urgent care services.

While most pet owners appreciate that we’re all in this together (thank you), we’re disappointed to note a dramatic increase with those who allow their frustrations to boil over, leading to verbal or even physical abuse aimed at veterinary staff.

Clearly, this is unacceptable, and to support our staff, our clients, and our patients (your pets), we want to remind everybody that AMH has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to any form of abuse.

This means that any abusive behavior may result in a person being asked to leave our premises or, if necessary, escorted away by security services or police and banned from receiving services from us

We’re on your side…

Although AMH is also subject to the current (COVID) pressures on our industry, we have not faltered in our mission to provide the best quality veterinary medicine and client care possible. All we ask is from you is your patience and understanding as we provide the best care to your pets.

From Your AMH Family – THANK YOU!
